even in paradise

You have those days. Those not so fresh feeling days. Bummer. I remember a book- Alexander and the terrible horrible no good very bad day Pretty much sums it up, no?

Sometimes you eat the bear and sometimes the bear eats you.

Okay, need to channel it all into the positive side of things and not get too down on it.

On the plus side of things it was hotter than hell and quite humid. The check engine light is off in the truck. We are all healthy. Nothing really bad happened, just a bunch of little disappointments added up. Wahhhh. I feel the frog in the picture.



Really, the best thing is to tell everyone. It is against my typical retreat into the turtle shell and just dare anyone to ask if something is wrong. But somehow blogging feels the same as not saying anything. Maybe that just has to do with the quality of the writing...
